My husband found a leak in our stairs of our in ground pool. He went to this store and had the best customer experience! Not only did they take time to listen and give suggestions, they even pulled some extra liner that was thicker for us to use instead of the thinner stuff included in package. Definitely went above and beyond and when we need a new liner we will be reaching out!!!

We had to replace our inground pool pump, and wanted to have the pool assessed. Jeremy and Preston cam over, and did the pump install, and then looked at the pool and said as long as it holds water, we don't need to spend more money. Very helpful advice, professional and approachable guys. Will use their services again!

We had a 20 year old hot tub that we weren’t sure if we should fix or replace. Pool & Spa Depot came out and figured out it was the heat pump and the breaker. It’s now up and running! Very happy!

Called today for the first time ever to get some help with my new intex sand filter pump (we are new to the pool scene). TIM IS THE MAN! I explained my problems over the phone & he gave me a simple 3-4 step solution to try on my own. It worked! Now we will be able to confidently have family over in our stock tank pool today (it’s going to be 92 degrees!)

The ONE AND ONLY pool store I trust! I’ve gone to their competitor down the road only to be told I would need $100’s in chemicals. Here they sell you only what you need. Very helpful and knowledgeable!
