If you are looking for a pool installer, this is the only company that you should deal with. They did our pool install this August. It turned out amazing and I can not believe how efficient and professional the whole team is. Our pool turned out exactly how we wanted it. My family really enjoyed the experience of the whole install becuase their team was so easy to get along with and we really enjoyed the entire process. Laura is so helpful and patient during the whole pre planing phases. When your ready to have a pool put in, don't waste any time. Just call Fox and have it done right.

We will not be using Fox pools any longer. Overall their service has not been great. This summer when I reached out to them to schedule my pool opening, the crew showed up a day earlier than what we had previously talked about. Due to this, we didn't have any of our pool supplies set out as we were not expecting them until the following day. One of the crew members called me and was rather rude and frustrated towards me for not being home or having the pool supplies out. Thrilled with our entire experience with installing an inground pool with Fox. Laura was extremely patient with all of our changes, and very responsive when we had questions. Mike & his whole crew were excellent during install. We had water in our pool the 2nd day they came out. Crazy fast. Work crew was efficient, on time for construction and all timelines were met (with the exception of a week delay for the concrete contractor, due to weather). To start fox built our pool 9 years ago . Every year eather during the season or at opening the liner was out of the track . The first year the service team came out and fixed it for free. Then they started charging me every year. The excuses started coming , Idid not have it closed properly or I did not monitor the level over the winter. I am a retired pool service technician of 20 plus years I know what I am doing. Full disclosure i know little about vinyl liner installation. Fox is a great company that does great work! They had my old pool taken out and water in my new pool in three days!! I was shocked!! Just kind wish they would not rush the process in someways. Love my pool but my only couple complaints are we had a set date to install our pool. But they called me 4 days before at 10am saying there ahead of schedule and they will be there that day!
