Had a great experience with Epic Escapes for our in-ground fiberglass pool! Phil, Donna, Ted and Juan are all great and easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional. Nice show room as well. Would definitely recommend them!! 👍👍

We used Epic Escapes for our in ground fiberglass pool and spa. They were extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. From the initial consultation, through the design process as well as the construction everything was very seamless and transparent. Can’t recommend Epic Escapes and Phil enough for all of your needs creating a perfect outdoor oasis.

We cannot recommend Phil’s Epic Pools enough. We had a saltwater pool, hot tub, stone work, lighting, automatic cover, and fencing done seamlessly! The end result was magazine worthy. Phil reminds me of family with his warmth and honesty. He has incredible taste and his design work is some of the best I’ve ever seen. I would never have a pool done with anyone else and have referred him as well with the same feedback. He will not rip you off and the work again is better than any I’ve seen.

Unprofessional and Unaccountable- A Frustrating Experience I'm sharing this to help others make an informed decision before hiring Epic Escapes in Saint Charles. They originally built the pool at the home I purchased and also handled the pool closing for the previous owner. Unfortunately, when I had the pool opened by another company this spring, it was discovered that the spa had not been properly winterized-the spa wasn't plugged-which led to a cracked valve and expensive repairs. Epic Escapes did an amazing job on our fiberglass pool installation and hardscape. The planning process was clear and transparent and they were always very responsive and I was able to be a part of the design process for each step. It is not an easy job to install a pool with weather issues but they always were responsive and kept us informed if we had any questions. They are truly a great company and their workmanship is top of the line. We are so thankful for Epic Escapes, our backyard looks amazing.

We hired Epic Escapes to install a pool and an extensive paver patio in 2022. We were very happy with Phil’s design, our backyard oasis turned out better than we could have imagined. Epic Escapes was very flexible in working with us as we made various changes while the project was in progress. We are also happy to say that Epic Escapes really stands by their work, they have been very responsive to any issues we may have had over the years.
