EDITED FOR OWNER RESPONSE: I sent you several texts with my email and you NEVER EVER sent me a thing to sign nor pay a deposit. YOU TOLD ME that you would be at my house on XX date. Nowhere in this conversation did it come up that you were backed up due to spring. If you are that busy, then it's time to hire a administrative staff to assist you. UNPROFESSIONAL; UNRESPONSIVE. I sent a text to have a pool installed. After 10 days John called me to tell me he was looking to work on my install. We chatted for 30 mins. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions…
