Thank you to the staff of Greenville Pool! We have used them for years and the service is always good. The staff is always friendly and helpful. In a time where product can be hard for them to get and staff is working harder than ever, they are always polite and works hard to make their clientele feel like they are a priority.

Very poor customer service! I called ahead and asked about buying a ladder for my pool. Over the phone, the employee told me I could come in and look through a catalog and then order it. I came into the store the next day and there was a young man who was obviously new and didn’t know anything (which was fine) so he asked another employee. This particular employee told me that they only had one in the store and another one that was for a deck and that there was no catalog. Honestly she didn’t want to help me at all. You walk in and sign states “new ownership” however as we approach to have water tested young girl willing to help older lady states “ I already shut it down” needless to say I needed supplies for my pool but as I stated walking out the door I will order from Amazon. This was my first visit at this store and it surely will be my last. Customer service is horrible under “new management” and I can only imagine what it was like before considering reviews. Then again if I looked different they would have been more willing to help.

So delighted with the experience I received with having Greenville Pool install our family pool. Alex that went out of his way to design the perfect pool and always available via text/phone 24/7. Wanda and Scott who always are available in store or via phone to answer the many questions or concerns I have had and be so patient with me. To Jason who not just once but twice came and taught me how to care for my pool so that I felt comfortable. They built a pool for us and it’s beautiful but the owner has sold the business and it’s been closed for probably a year. Someone needs to update this Google page.
