It’s been several months since my pool was finished, and I wanted to share my experience with the pool service team. From start to finish, everything went very smoothly and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to build a pool. Before choosing this company, I reached out to about eight different pool builders, spoke with five, got quotes from three, and ultimately went with this one because of their great service. The design process was a real highlight. Marvin from their team visited within a week of my call and was incredibly patient, working with me until the design was just right. I really appreciated Marvin’s attention to detail and willingness to listen to all my ideas. Once all the paperwork was signed, there was a bit of a wait before construction could begin, but that was because I hadn’t closed on my house yet. After that, the build time was similar to what my neighbors experienced with other companies, so I was happy with the pace. Since this was my first pool, I had a lot of questions along the way. Derek, the construction manager, was always available and patient, answering every question I had and keeping me updated throughout the process. He made sure I understood how everything worked and took the time to show me how to maintain the pool equipment. After enjoying my pool for a while, I got to see how their service department operates. When my pool cleaning service accidentally broke a pipe, the team came out the very next day to fix it. I also needed to change the overflow length, and they handled that quickly and efficiently. Derek made sure I knew how to care for my pool, which really helped me feel confident as a new pool owner. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and support I received. If I ever build another pool, I would definitely use them again. The pool has worked perfectly, and my family has enjoyed many fun times in the Texas heat. We checked out a few different pool cleaning companies before choosing hudson bend neighborhood pool service. Derek had cleaned our neighbor’s pool, so we went over to see the results and also compared with a couple of friends’ pools. The pool was sparkling, and all the equipment looked like good quality, which was what we were hoping for. I’m pretty picky about contractors and always look closely at their work, since I don’t want any corners cut that I’d have to fix later. While Derek was working, i noticed he took his time with every step and really paid attention to detail. That made me feel good about the service. We did get some cheaper quotes from other companies, but the equipment and chemicals they wanted to use seemed low quality. With hudson bend neighborhood pool service, I noticed they included things like clear identification tiles on the pool edges, so you can see where the drop-offs are, and extra cleaning along the deep end, which other companies wanted to charge extra for. Their service has been great even after the first cleaning. Whenever i had a question or noticed something with the pool cleaner, Derek was quick to respond and got everything working like new again. The equipment has been running perfectly since. If i ever move and need another pool cleaning company, I’d definitely go with them again. Everyone loves before and after photos, so here you go—just ignore the landscaping, that’s my next job!

We've been using this pool cleaning company in Austin for several years now.
