Last week Tom and Matt installed the 2nd pool that I've hired them to do in the last 12 years. Perfectly done! Then they explained what I needed to do with crushed stone; how to put in the Old ladder on the deck that was custom built for the old pool which was made around that pool. Matt even meticulously explained how the deck should be modifed. I finally got it filled today and the new skimmer was leaking. I texted Tom at 9:35 PM and he got back to me at 10:06 PM explaining that the Pool Factory's skimmer were cheap and that he will be here TOMORROW with a new Hayward skimmer!! I have NE…

These guys are great. Tom and his team replaced my liner and rails on my old weismuller pool. Even with the first liner having a hole in it from shipping damage. The company Tom recommended i buy it from instantly shipped a new one and they returned another day to install and summer has started. I would recommend them to anyone.
