Preface this to say, we had a similar project done on our last house in Maryland, so we have experience with builders doing this type of project. This project was a new porch where 2/3 of the porch was screened in, while the other was open air. Josh and his team at Lakeside Decking were great to work with! They were patient as we asked for changes in the design. The finished product is structurally solid and just what we hoped it would be. The deck is a compliment to our house and provides the privacy and ambiance we desired!

From my first meeting with Nick to Josh installing a dimmer on our deck lights, our experience with them was a solid 5 star experience. These guys are very detail oriented. Their team that did the construction was spot on with everything. We have had roofing , siding, windows replaced. Lakeside Decking gave us a the best experience to date.
