I have been working with John Jacobsen of Liquid Assets Pools for over 20 years, and he is a pleasure to work with. I have personally talked to and/or visited a number of his customers, and they have always expressed their satisfaction with the high-end, custom pools he has created for them.

We had a terrible experience with Liquid Assets Pools. The team was very pushy initially to make us sign the contract and get payments (most of them had to be paid initially) but then they were so slow / reluctant / uncooperative and unprofessional. We spent more money and the agony we went through the whole pool making process was awful. We did not get a quality product after all the hassle, still having issues with firepits that had basic design flaws. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone, please choose anyone but them.

Sometimes it’s hard to get pool guys out to look at your problems. I called call John after a referral from the friend. John immediately began trying to help me out and made a visit within a week. Very impressed, will use John again in the future.

John and his company do amazing work. They installed our pool several years ago and still are available and willing to troubleshoot standard wear and tear problems that come with owning and maintaining any pool over time. The construction of the pool is solid. We have been told by many pool servicing companies over the years, that Liquid Assets designed our pool with exceptional engineering and design. I would highly recommend them for your pool contracting needs.

The coping and tile on our pool had aged, the grout was coming loose. We consulted with John at Liquid Assets about what steps were required to repair/replace. John was extremely responsive and helped us weigh the different options. He also put us in touch with Bill and Sutton. Sutton helped us select coping, grout, and tile. Bill served as like the general contractor with lots of pool expertise. The work was professionally completed last fall and we can’t wait to open for the pool season ahead.
