Used little giant for almost a decade when they cancelled me because of ducks and geese on my 7 acre property. Not even in or near the pool area- just on the property. Sure there was a duck incident two years ago - but that was resolved two years ago. They made sure to wait until the week before I was hosting a party to email me - not even call to discuss after almost 10 years as a loyal customer. Worst company ever as far as I’m concerned. Little Giant Pool and Spa has a very thorough and hard working team. Everyone from sales, administration, installation, repair, service, products and every technician all do a great job! Each employee is detailed in the performance of their job and very enthusiastic in their work. Greatly appreciate all of their hard work. Little Giant is a giant in their industry! Thank you.

We were at a traffic stoplight and their driver pulled up alongside us to tell us that the rear tire was low. He was friendly and we appreciate their employees being so courteous and helpful to complete strangers while he was on his way from one job to another. If we had a pool or a spa we would use this company.

Not sure what 5 people rated this company 5 star? Employees? Waited over a year for final quote for pool repair. Never put on board. Estimator would not return my calls. Owner looked mad every time I tried to approach to move project ahead.
