Dave & his team helped us with our house project a few years go - lofted our ceiling and installed windows and doors. Most other contractors said our project was "too small" but Dave came in and gave an estimate. As we worked with them, our project 'grew' and Dave was willing to adapt. They did a fantastic job and they are really easy to work with. I called Dave for additional help and he explained in details the work and costing. He's a down-to-earth guy. If we do any additional projects, they'll be the first contractor we call! Highly recommend!!

A sure fire star review started with the approval process for the town of Holland to do an enormous expansion on what or otherwise a rather small lots. The town chair on the variance committee started by saying he had never seen a petition for variance better written or well thought out. Dave had significant time in the planning process and approval process that was key to the build. . My job was a custom job that had several revisions and speed bumps out of Moraine builders control. My wife and I had Moraine Builders construct a vacation cabin. It was our first time building and Dave was very helpful along the way. We completed the build Fall of 2023. I felt that everything went quite smoothly overall. The quality of work they did was very good. Dave is very fair and honest and great in communication. I would recommend Moraine Builders to anyone looking for a quality and honest builder 👍🏼
