From our first meeting with Josh and throughout the building process, we've been extremely pleased. Josh, Brooke and Collin have been great in guiding us through all of the construction nuances. Their skilled craftsmen were instrumental in the construction of a beautiful Posthuma home. Brooke was incredible, helping with our selections every step of the way. Her organizational skills and knowledge are second to none. Collin diligently managed the on-site construction and always kept us apprised of the progress. Thank you for our dream home!

Josh and his team were amazing to work with. They made sure that we got the best product, and completed our house in a timely manner. We absolutely loved working with them from the beginning to the end. They are the best builders in the area we could ever ask for. I need to leave an A+ review to Posthuma Homes!! The team was amazing! (A special shout out to Brooke for making the experience smooth and personal) Our house is quality from top to bottom and is absolutely beautiful. The building experience was less stressful because of the accessibility and regular communication from the team. I need to personally thank Carl and Abbey for their perfect work and attention to detail. I have already recommended Posthuma Homes to friends and family. We had such a good experience with Josh and his team. Everything was explained to us thoroughly when we were making decisions. Brooke is so awesome and answered my many questions and gave me guidance with my design questions. She’s so talented with a great eye for design. Plus she’s very organized. I was at the house a lot and was very impressed with all the subcontractors. From Justin the electrician to Titus the finish carpenter, they all took time to answer any questions or offer suggestions. I highly recommend Posthuma Homes if you’re building. We couldn’t be happier.
