Our back door sidewalk abutting the steps had started to sink, making stepping up or down the last step, a rather deep step. This was becoming unsafe. In just two hours, the slabs were raised and the spaces between were caulked as was around our small patio. We chose the foam over the mud jacking so we could access the use of the steps sooner. The explanations were correct, the area left tidy and I love how it turned out and would recommend Raiserite to anyone.

Getting the estimate to really easy. They were quick to come out, explained the process fully and I was able to schedule the work quickly. On the day of the work, we were not home. The work was completed just as they said and looked great. We are very satisfied.

I had two different jobs completed. One of them had continued issues of settling. Each time RaiseRite came back to fix the issue ultimately at my satisfaction. I appreciated their commitment to completing the job to my satisfaction. Excellent customer service!

Considering there was a certain degree of difficulty during the process, we discussed the options and were able to get the job completed satisfactorily. Both (Forgot their names) Raise Rite employees were knowledgeable and willing to do whatever it took to complete the job to my satisfaction. Also had preliminary discussions with Jim Hoffman, who was setting up the job and giving me the estimate. His patience and cooperation was appreciated as I wanted to ensure ALL potential obstacles were known and addressed. Bottom line, it was a good experience and job well done!
