Jim and his team were incredible to work with. They finished the job ahead of schedule to accommodate our timeline. From start to finish they had our pool done in under 3 months. His team works incredibly hard and were great to work with. Jim was very responsive to our calls and questions. Overall this was a great experience. Highly recommend, would give them more stars if I could!

From start to finish, 1 was extremely impressed with the entire process. Every crew that came in to do their specific job during the construction was efficient, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. From the early stages of pool construction through installation and all the way to restoring the landscaping, everything was handled seamlessly. The coordination and attention to detail really stood out, and the final result exceeded expectations. The quality of work is truly next level. I would absolutely recommend Odyssey Pools to anyone looking for a top-tier experience.

The quality of work Odyssey Pools does is incredible! Each of their different crews are so specialized and take pride in their work. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final project. I would definitely use them for any backyard project and maybe even our future outdoor kitchen! Our pool was also done right on time!! We have swam every day since it’s been done!

Our pool was built almost 3 years ago. Worth leaving feedback now that we’ve had it running for that time, and that we’ve had continued follow up with the company. The pool is beautiful and we’ve had no regrets on having it installed. We have had hiccups with equipment (I believe related to manufacturer rather than installer), and Jim and Odyssey Pools have stood by the warranty of the equipment and their construction. Odyssey Pools just finished our pool/landscaping project and we had a great experience! Having one contractor to work with end provided a seamless experience on our with only one company to work with from start to finish. When selecting a contractor to do the pool we had some concerns around a project that was going to last 6+ months or leave us with a big hole for some time. We worked with Jim to set agreed upon expectations for completion and he and his team did exactly what was planned. I have resisted so long in putting a review. But the final straw is the city of Herriman tells me the final inspection was never done. I have reached out so many times to try to get my paver steps fixed, and the10 pavers that the installers broke when they came to fix them the first time. I finally had to pay someone else to do the steps and now need to reinstall pavers on my own. Mind you this has been a 3 year odyssey.

I got a pool built by these guys. They were here early and worked hard. I also had a few things after they were done and they stuck with it to fix them all. I appreciated the commitment and honesty, not asking for more money and getting the job 💯 done.

I am writing this review as a neighbor who has had three houses in our cul de sac put in pools with Odyssey Pools over the last several years. On top of the finished product being absolutely beautiful, they have been respectful and courteous to neighbors yards and homes. They never once parked in front of driveways, they always cleaned up after themselves, and they were always friendly and happy. If we ever put in a pool, they will be our first call!
