They worked with us and the manufacturer on a difficult equipment issue and found a great solution as well as worked us into their very busy schedule. As always we appreciate the great service. The free water testing and advice is spot on and helps us keep our pool crystal clear. Their opening and closing service ensures the pool and equipment survives our sometimes brutal winter weather.

Had a new inground lazy L pool liner installed. They did a phenomenal job. Fast and very professional.

Paid for service call, but not able to be home at the time scheduled & was told this was not a problem. Was told problem was fixed. Arrived home 2 hours later and not fixed and upon calling service person back I am told they don’t handle what I need done. $125 & a week wasted!

I am contacting you, not because I want a pool from your company anymore, but because of the exceedingly poor customer service I received when inquiring for a new pool. I first stopped in the store located in Granger and spoke with the receptionist, she gave my number to a "gentleman" named Braxton. After our initial conversation on October 27th, he asked me to call him with a new address, which I did. Then after I never heard from him again. I go here every week in the summer to have the water tested on my pool and sometimes my hot tub. The ladies are always fast at getting my water tested, even if there's a few people already ahead of me, and they are super informative so you know why or what the chemicals are needed. Highly recommend this company at either location for your pool needs!

Pretty good place water quality was clear believe they use salt water which I like cus I use googles I'm not a maniac
