Mike replaced my pump and pool liner. Was super friendly and did a great job. HOWEVER, don’t expect Mike to come back and fix any issue he created. Instead he sent his “B” team ( for a one man job) out and charged me over $300 to install a valve, that wasn’t necessary or wanted. His crew spent more time walking back and forth to the van than actually working. Terrible customer satisfaction!

Mike and his crew helped us out by installing a new pool liner right before the 4th of July. They went above and beyond providing us with excellent service and professionalism. I am more than happy with their service. He has been in this industry for quite some time and his knowledge shows. I would definitely recommend him. Our liner is beautiful!

As we enter into another pool season, we wanted to again thank Mike Henry at Paragon Pools. WE are truly grateful we are for everything they did last summer to provide us with an enjoyable summer in our pool. We have used Paragon Pools for our pool needs for over 12 years. Paragon Pools was very flexible in working with our moving start date for the project as we were finalizing our financing. Once started, the pool was installed within 2 weeks and at a great price. We did our homework and had several manufacturers bidding for our inground pool project. Mike Henry had the best price and no nonsense attitude we loved. The work was top quality and the pool was completed in time for us to take a swim before closing up for the season.

Mike Henry and his knowledgeable and helpful staff are wonderful to do business with. These are craftsmen that know what they're doing. Installing a pool, making major repairs to one, or even day to day maintenance takes experienced, safety conscious people and Paragon has them. Once I've called Paragon I know my pool needs are taken care of. Thanks to all the staff at Paragon for making my pool nice!
