An absolutely fantastic experience working with the entire Platinum Landscape team. Rick was terrific in preparing and walking us through a design that met and then exceeded all of our needs. Raneica and the entire team were fantastic to work with. Not only were they incredibly professional and responsive, but they immediately provided solutions to every issue we raised. I give Platinum Landscape and Pool 1 star because Rick was prompt and courteous when we first started talking with him. It turns out we lived 20 years in California where Rick is from and have a special feeling for people in that area. We made a mistake and signed both the contract for the design work and for Rick to build the pool and pickle ball court that we wanted. We should have waited to sign the second one until after agreeing to what would be done. We had a dream experience working with Platinum. Rick and Ranecia and the whole team were the most professional, honest, and kind people. They were amazing communicators, so quick to respond, and extremely thorough and thoughtful in taking time to answer questions or jog ideas. They came when they said they would, and the project moved in such a timely manner. The experience that we had with Rick and his team at Platinum has been better than we could have ever imagined. They literally took our ideas and enhanced them beyond what we could even imagine.
