It was Friday afternoon and I was in a bind during a pool automation install. I called Craig Wooster with Pool Specialists as a last ditch effort, unsure if I would get a return call. To my surprise, he called back within 15 minutes and walked me through the solution. I was elated and extremely grateful. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to call, they are very friendly.

Working with Pool Specialists continues to be an absolute pleasure. Their expertise is unmatched, but what really makes them stand apart is their commitment to customer service while being empathetic to your needs. They’re willing to troubleshoot over the phone, if simple enough of course, before charging you a service call. And their turnaround time is immediate, not having to wait days or weeks for service. Pool Specialists is the pool management company for our family’s swim and racquet club.We have been members at Wood Valley for over 5 years and have been thoroughly impressed with the service that Craig Wooster and his employees provide. The pool is carefully and expertly maintained and the water quality rivals any other pool I have ever visited or belonged to. Craig goes above and beyond to service the club including providing free equipment, personal time, and is an extremely knowledgeable and professional business owner.

My husband & I both grew up swimming in lakes. Did not swim regularly in pools until adults. The salt system that Pool Specialists uses at WVSRC has been by far the most enjoyable & comfortable pool experience we have had since lake-swimming days - none of the skin/eye irritation experienced with chlorine systems. In our opinion, the pool has been maintained professionally & in a timely manner. Whenever I have had a question re: equipment (covers/rollers, robotic cleaner), Craig has responded almost immediately with the information needed.

Pool Specialists maintains our neighborhood pool. Water is always clear and uses a salt system so I don't feel the need to enter a chlorine decontamination chamber after swimming. I recently recommended Pool Specialists to a friend whose neighborhood pool was having trouble with their heater. They fixed it on a Sunday within a few hours. Great service.

I highly recommend this company! I emailed them late on a Friday afternoon requesting a technical troubleshooting service call. Shortly after, the owner, Craig, called me back personally. Instead of just booking a paid visit, Craig spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone with me diagnosing the issue and offering recommendations. His expert guidance put me on the exact right path, and I was able to resolve the problem myself.
