As a resident of this community, I am extremely disappointed with the company responsible for managing and maintaining our pheasant point HOA pool. The most concerning issue is the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facility. The pool is frequently dirty, with leaves, debris, and other materials left floating in the water for extended periods of time. During one visit, I found myself removing debris from the water because it had not been addressed by staff. I am a resident of an HOA in Chesterfield. Pro Pool has been contracted for our pool service for many years. For the past several years, the service has progressively declined to the point that I feel compelled to comment. As I am a frequent visitor to the pool, I am more aware of the day to day conditions and the extreme neglect and contractual failures that continue to persist. May want to have a talk with your employee about the choice if music he decides to blast at top volume at neighborhood gas stations...or anywhere really. Everyone staring at him should have been his first clue to to get a grip and have some decency and respect for others around him, but nope! And the choice of music was distasteful and disrespectful to put it lightly. Glad he ain't my pool guy!

Hazelcrest pool was looking pretty bad. We didn't have the tools to clean it or anything, these guys really came through and helped us out. They let us use some of their tools, they were quick, and they're pretty nice people :)

I really don't want to give them one star. If your child is going to apply at Pro Pools for a lifeguarding postion for their first job, please rethink that decision. I would think that a lifeguard job would be a pretty easy gig for a first job, too much drama BS, it was unreal. My son didn't work an entire season. Very disappointed in not receiving any responses to the 4 phone messages that were left on the managers voice mail, including leaving a message for the owner to contact us. All in all disgusted by the entire experience!

I strongly disagree with “Lilly Ray’s” recent very derogatory review of Pro Pool regarding the Pheasant Point pool. As a longtime homeowner and member of the HOA Board who has worked closely with Pro Pool for many years, I know that the community has enjoyed excellent service from Pro Pool. Are there occasionally some leaves in the pool? Yes, especially after strong winds and storms, because there are nice shade trees lining one side of the fence. Pool attendants do a great job of skimming the vast majority out of the pool. In fact, I haven’t seen one leaf in the water all this week. Lilly’s …
