I hired Professional Pools to replace a pool liner. The liner began slipping in spots almost immediately. When I asked for those to be repaired, they never were. After 3 years of asking for the appropriate repairs to be made, the company suggested I buy a new liner from them instead. I had one summer with a decent liner for nearly $3,000.

replaced liner, smoothed the floor of the pool...the owner is directly involved in the work and it shows...30+ years of experience, talented, eye for detail...excellent communication and timing. This was my 3rd liner and we have had various other issues with the pool over the years, so I have dealt with quite a few pool companies. No need to keep looking...this is your go to pool expert.

Jack put my liner in 2 years ago with a 5 year warranty. Sent him pictures of an obvious leak that appeared out of nowhere this year, no obvious tears. He gave me a few troubleshoot ideas about the light to do myself. I asked for help and i was told he was on a 4 week waitlist. I told him after paying what i did for a new liner with a warranty i was disappointed that I’m supposed to wait 4 weeks to use my pool. Jack and team replaced worn out liner. Beautiful results. Went above and beyond to insure pool floor and sides were in best possible condition before installing new liner. Highly recommend!
