Used them to replace our liner. The crew left trash all over the yard. We have a large divot under the liner for half the pool even though they said they would flatten it out. You can see most the liner around the pool. Definitely will not use them again.
This company was recommended by Zagers for our new pool installation. This was the worst experience I have ever had. If you are a customer that likes to be hands on, then this company is for you. You will have to measure out where you want your pool, then you get to cut your own sod (they said they would take with them, but never did), then order a sand delivery from a gravel company (then they wont use all of the sand, so you need to find a use for what's left), have the crew show up with a 5 minute notice, then you will have to follow behind them and pick up the trash, boxes and screws left …
Would highly recommend this company! Nick was professional and helpful. His team replaced our pool liner and we are so happy with their work! There are no wrinkles in our pool liner! Professional, timely, and easy to communicate with. Incredibly happy customer!
Would not recommend this company. Nick hardly responds to messages. When the liner was not taught to the frame, he said he would be out to fix. Never came out. Second summer with our pool and we have tons of issues on the bottom of the pool as the sand is not flat and we have divots all over. It was overall a horrible experience and I wish zagers would stop using this company as I see bad reviews all over about Nick. Zagers itself I had no issues with. Steer clear of this company for your pool installation.
We used these guys to install our new liner per a recommendation and it was one of the most unprofessional experiences of my life. They were quick I'll give them that but everything else was very unprofessional and sloppy. They left screws all over our deck, they left trash from their lunches in our yard, one of their employees releved himself in our woods, and list goes on. We contacted the owner multiple times and only received a texted "sorry". I will never recommend this company to anyone.
POOL LINER WAS INSTALLED, ALL WRINKLEY AND SAID HE WOULD NOT LEAVE US HANGING, BUT NEVER ANSWERED CALLS OR DID NOT EVER COME BACK TO FIX. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.
Top-notch Work in a very timely matter, would recommend them again and have them back.
