After visiting 3 other spa dealers and a conversation with Mike and Kristen Malterer, I stopped at Sawatzky's Pools & Spas in North Mankato, MN. I was met by McKenna, it was later in the afternoon, I asked her many difficult questions, she knew most however said let me get back to you. McKenna did so the very next day and provided pricing on a couple different models of their Hot Springs Spas. Shortly thereafter, she sent another email stating Sawatzky's had just decided to offer a special 40% discount on select models they had in stock to make room for the new models. Swatzky Pools has been nothing short of excellent to work with. They are a local, family-owned business with many years of experience, and it shows in how they take care of their customers. Recently our circulation pump stopped working and tripped the breaker just as temperatures were forecast to drop into the teens for an entire week. I texted Tabor—even though he was on vacation out of state—and he not only responded immediately, but went above and beyond by coordinating with a local hot tub professional. I had a great experience with this Sawatzke! They installed a new liner in my older pool, which can be a bit more challenging than newer ones, but they handled it with ease. The liner looks fantastic—very happy with the result. The team was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them for any pool work.
