Have been looking around for a company that is more personable and provides a higher quality service for my pool. After struggling to get things started I contacted Matthew B at Upstate Pool and within 1 visit the results were amazing. After several visits I cannot recommend this company enough! I get a great conversation with tips and tricks to make things better when I am home, and when I am not I get a detailed report. Matthew B has been terrific to work with. I give them all the stars, thank you!

I really hate leaving negative reviews, but this has been ongoing all summer and enough is enough. This company has done a horrible job maintaining our community pool this year. It has been one thing after another and the water quality is so bad we have had to shut the pool down yet again. They have not followed through with their contract as per the updates we are getting from the HOA and they have tried to refuse to let us out of our contract so that we can find a new company to clean and sanitize the pool so that it can finally be used again. What good is a pool company if you can’t swim in…

Upstate Pools are hands down one of the best full service pool management company's. Lori, DJ, and Christian are fantastic to work with. They are each professional and respond to our request in a timely manner. They service multiple pools for us and each association is more than satisfied with their services. They maintain each pool to the highest standards. We never have to worry about pool closures as we know the team has everything under control. Thanks Upstate Pools for all of your hard work. Absolutely ridiculous how Christian attempts to handle business with lies and poor quality workmanship. Been doing business with him for four years and put up with poor quality. This week he sent his crew out to winterrize my pool but only put the cover on.
