I am dumb as a brick, maintaining my pool, but the service people are there to help. They instructed me on what I needed to do to balance my pool and were able to furnish the proper chemicals to balance and maintain the pool.

I started doing business with Water Pro’s a couple weeks ago. I was going to Grants Pass (won’t mention the business name) and the customer service for me got bad there. I have had a great experience with Water Pro’s they helped me with my pool filtering problem something no other pool supply noticed when checking my water. My pool is filtering the best it’s ever been.

I started service with Water Pros in January 2022, and they came over and did a thorough job on my pool. They took the time to backwash my sand filter, and clean all the other filters on my system. They explained the service they would provide, and when I should go to twice a month. The winter involved a service of once a month according to my Service Technician. Once temperatures warm up he said he would come twice a month. April came around and I asked for twice a month service. The pool was nice and clear and was looking good, once they started coming twice a month. . Then in May I was left…
