Frankie Carson has been servicing our pool for over 5 years. When he left in April to join Borden Pools, we tried staying with the previous pool company. Within a month, we started noticing the pool was getting cloudy and getting green with algae by the 3rd month., and the filter pressures were extremely high. At that point we fired the previous pool company and went with Borden Pool and back with Frankie. Borden has been serving my pool for over 10years, our old pool guy Zach was awesome 😎 but now that he’s no longer servicing us we now have Jacob who has been a blessing to us, he’s very diligent and does a wonderful job on my pool!! Keep up the great work guys 🥰🥰

We hired Borden to install a spa heater and update our control panel. They were easy to communicate with, had competitive pricing and were excellent at all points of contact. They will be our go to pool service company from here on out. Britton was our installation guy and he was fantastic. Thanks guys!

I think its safe to say they dont know the first thing about servicing a pool. Ive been brushing algae out of my pool for months. Ive addressed many issues with our pool guy over the past year and a half to no avail. I highly recommend any company but this one.

My child was in my vehicle and witnessed this crazy dude pull a long side me when he could, scream at me and throw middle finger all the way down the street at me. It's a 20MPH zone!! He wanted to do 40 in the 55 and then get pissed off at others for actually obeying laws and speed zones. Not the type of company that should be getting any business in my community and I'll make sure I spread the word.

Borden Pools exemplifies Customer Service in a time where customers are seen as a commodity, revenue and/or interruption. I neglected to add DE filter powder causing filter damage and pressure rise in my pool system. Not one, but three separate Borden Pools employees personally contacted me and with empathy and expert counsel resolved my issue the same day....during their busiest season! Borden Pools has been a consistent partner of choice for years and I am grateful for their staff and culture! Thank you Borden Pools!

They service our pool weekly. When I needed help on a warm nice day with my heater I gave them a call to ask for help and he was audibly irritated with the request and reluctant to offer any tangible help. His advice was to use you tube. Will need to find a new pool service company.
