Terrible customer service. Can't count the amount of times I have called, left a message, talked with someone who needs to find the answer and then never called back for days. Multiple times suppose to come out to do work, repair or similar and just not show up. The pool installation is pretty nice but the service and communication isn't terrible it is atrocious.
We hired Harmon-e pools before winter. We were the second pool to be placed for 2020. We decided to go with a 16x32 pool with auto cover. Ryan from the start was easy to talk to and professional. The process was held up by COVID but this did not stop them from working. Ryan, Rick and Blaize started digging and had to do a lot of hand digging to make it perfect as the original digger was on a travel ban. Terrible experience with this company. All was well until the first check was sent in. Communication dropped, materials are poor quality , company does not stand by their work pool has failed. No response from company. I’ve also noticed negative reviews on sites are deleted.
I have personally been in a beautiful pool built by Harman-E pools. Build time was fast. Pool is great!
Were not open for on site sales just yet but if you are in the market for chemical's or anything pool and spa related please dont hesitate to give us a call!
We had an excellent experience with Ryan from Harman-e Pools. We were renting an AirBNB in the area and he came by the house to clean it after we alerted the owner that it looked dirty. He spent a long time getting the hot tub absolutely spotless. He was friendly, approachable, and chatted with us about our visit. Later in the week, he came again for his scheduled cleaning, and also brought our parents a beautiful card, dessert, and picture frame after we had mentioned we were there to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary.
