From reaching out in mid-February to get a deck estimate until the final inspection today (4/21/26), these guys have been a pleasure to deal with. Bart supplied us with all information and mock ups on the front end to make an educated decision. Ryan was a great project manager- gave us time between demo and build to get some quick landscaping done. Brandon, Karson, and Logan were great installers. Very pleased with the end product. We had Montell Construction enclose our lower deck to create a "hot tub room" that is protected from the prevailing NW winds. The entire project, from sales to project management to installation, went perfectly, and we couldn't be happier with the new space they helped create. The installation team, Daniel, Cole, Dwayne, and Joe, were true craftsmen in their attention to detail, making sure everything looked perfect. We would highly recommend Montell Construction for your next project.

Montell's crew of Bud,Brandon,Chris and Karson did an awesome job on our 3 season porch. They were polite,professional and clean. The porch came out really nice, couldn't be happier. These guys did an outstanding job and cleaned up everything when they were done. In our opinion you can't go wrong with Montell Construction.

Great experience. The salesman George was very thorough in sharing our options with us. Ryan the Project Manager was very good at giving updates. The Deck team of Bud, Branden, Chris, and Karson did a very good job on the remodel. Finished project looks FABULOUS!!!! We are very happy......

The work crew consisting of Coke, Daniel, Logan and Austin were wonderful and did a beautiful job on my deck and screened in porch. I would highly recommend Montell. They began the project earlier than planned and ended earlier as well so that I could enjoy both for the remaining of The summer. It is gorgeous!

Had a roof and new sky lights installed. Was promised local vetted crew, but got a crew from ohio. Not one spoke English making any communication impossible. We were told landscaping would be protected but it wasn't. Lost many flowers and plants. Crew left large mess each day of a three day job, only cleaning up at the end of day three. One day they picnicked under the neighbors tree leaving pizza boxes, water bottles and a marijuana pipe behind. Neighbor complained to me about this as well as the music blaring on the roof.
