I would like to recognize Bianca for the outstanding customer service she provided at Zagers. From the time I walked in the door, she helped me, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a great experience. She was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to answer my questions and help me find exactly what I needed. Josh was just here for a service call on my pool and was excellent! Very kind even allowed me to alter my appointment for a bit later today to work with my schedule. Have had their service team here several times and they are always fair and efficient. Thanks again!

The office staff and repair manager was great! Ethan, the repair person that came out was wonderful. He talked me through the repairs as he was doing them and had all my issues resolved very quickly. Exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would recommend Zager to everyone.

Pool owner for 26 years caring for my own pool. I had never purchased their 3" chlorine tabs before but as soon as I started using them my water turned cloudy. I went back to what I was previously using and it turned clear again. I brought the tabs back to the store, not expecting a refund but maybe a store credit. The staff was extremely rude, defensive and combative about my claim that there is likely something wrong with the tabs. I will never purchase their product again, nor enter their store. Good Afternoon Zager's Team, I want to thank everyone that assisted me with finding the correct assembly for my Pentair Multivavle. Amazon was useless, Grok was useless, the competition on 28th Street near Grandville, not helpful. You guys really looked into the problem. The part you sold me worked. We here looking for a pool filter. We walked up to the front desk where there were 3 employees standing there talking not a single one of them addressed us. Two of them walked away leaving one girl at the counter and still no one asked us if we needed help. We were basically ignored so we just left the store. Very poor customer service
