We had Jason out to repair our spa heater. He fixed it quickly without trying to sell us anything additional and even showed me how to fix it in the future if it happens again. He also noticed our timer wasn't set up correctly and advised us on how to get that working correctly. I really appreciate how quick and professional he was in helping to get things repaired!

This was my first experience with Serene Pools and I was very happy with the service. Justin was extremely helpful, timely and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and was able to fix it on the spot without a second visit (which usually means added cost). Justin was very friendly, and also kind to my kids and dog. (Goes far in my book). I will be contacting them if I have other issues and if this positive experience is indicative of their level of service, then I would recommend Serene Pools to others.

Jason and Melanie were fantastic in working hard to get my pool repaired after a majority of the parts were damaged from a winter freeze. Jason provided me several used parts he had in his shop to expedite the repairs. One of the parts he provided free of charge was actually discontinued and that alone saved me $2000 by eliminating the need to refit a brand new filtering system. When it was all said and done, they felt more like family than a pool company.

Serene Pools is a great company to rely on for swimming pool repair and maintenance. Recently, Justin did an awesome job in repairing our pool pump which was not priming well. They are prompt, professional and can diagnose and resolve the problem very quickly. We also have Shawn doing the weekly maintenance and we are very pleased with his work as well. Melanie is doing a great Job at the front desk coordinating the whole process. Overall, we have a very positive and pleasant experience and would highly recommend Serene Pools for all of your summing pool needs.

Serene pools is an excellent maintenance and repair company. They have been doing a phenomenal job with the weekly maintenance. My technician comes every week as scheduled and my pool is always clean. During a recent visit the technician noticed a leak in the booster pump. He notified me and scheduled the repair crew to get it repaired. I also had them replace my heater as well. I will be a life time customer!

I have had Serene Pools as a contractor used by American Home Shield and subsequently hired them for regular cleanings. I terminated their service after numerous non-returned phone calls, missed appointments, and inconsistent billing. This week I have contacted AHS for a control board that has went bad 8.5 months after it was installed by Serene Pools. Neither myself or AHS has been able to get a call acknowledged from Serene. In the meantime, my pool has not been circulating for a week. There are MANY pool companies within the DFW Metroplex; I would highly recommend looking elsewhere befor…

Edit* Serene pools was bought by gold medal pools. Gold medal pools is also no longer our pool company. They were terrible. Serene pools is not a company I'm used to these days. This company reminds me of a time when customers were valued. When your work was an extension of who you are and made you proud. They have serviced my pool going on 2 years. And have replaced items that have aged. Overall they are very good. Just a text away from requesting or putting in a new request.
