Thank you for your excellent customer service and honesty about my options and repairs. The work that's needed was the same stated by other companies. However your your prices for repairs are very reasonable. I am pleased with my service on today and look forward to have more services done in the future. We paid cash for our hot tub and spent about 3,000 dollars on a crushed concrete pad to put our new hot tub on. They came and delivered our hot tub to our house and right before we where going to start filling it up Texoma pool and spa called to tell us that our pad that we had built and paid for was not to their standards and it would void the warranty. I would recommend going with somebody else if you’re in the market for a new Hot Tub. If you plan on building your own Hot Tub pad and not use them then they can use that as an excuse to void any warranty on your Hot Tub. We did not receive an…

We recently had an in-ground gunite pool built by Texoma Country Pools and Spa, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. From start to finish, the process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. We began by working with Pete, who helped us design the pool. He listened to our ideas and came up with a design that we were very happy with. We paid cash for a new hot tub and invested nearly $3,000 to have a crushed concrete pad installed specifically for it. The hot tub was delivered to our home, and just before we started filling it, Texoma Pool & Spa called and informed us that our pad did not meet their standards and that using it could void the warranty. This requirement was never clearly communicated before delivery, after we had already spent thousands of dollars preparing the site. Ranse done an excellent job on our pool, this thing has never worked like it was designed since it was installed 2 years ago! Now everything is working and we can finally operate the whole pool from our cell phone, never been happier! Thank You Texoma Country Pools!!
